Swollen knee

I probably have an infection of the lateral meniscus as my knee has been sour and swollen for about 2 weeks. Yesterday I decided to take natural action and whipped an egg white, putted in on a peace of cotton and ripper it around the knee....this morning the swelling was almost all gone!

Regional championships swimming Desenzano di Garda Feb 2014

This weekend my daughter went to the regional competition in Desenzano di Garda to compete in 4x100 mixed relay and 4x100 freestyle. The competition went GREAT and the girl did their personal best in both competitions.

Car Check up

Left my car at the garage for the yearly check up that consists in changing oil, filter etc.
Now I one problem though; WHAT DO I DO FOR 2H???

Lentils with basmati rice

This evening I'm preparing lentils with rice.
I cutted some red union and a carrot in small peaces and fried it olive oil with a leaf of laurel. I putted the lentils inside and added some white wine, waited until the wine evaporated and then I added water, covering the lentils completely. Left it to boil for about 30 min. Added some, salt, white pepper and some oil and served it with basmati rice.

Champions League Round 16 qualification

This evening Round 16 Champions League qualifying games are starting and this evening Man.City against Barcellona and Leverkusen against PSG.

Let's hope PSG will win tonight to make the return much easier for qualifying to Round 8
